Within the support program implemented by the Agriculture and Rural Development Support Institution (TKDK), our cooperative achieved a significant success by being awarded grant support for the Seydişehir Bungalow Hotel Project.
The project, which will be located next to the Seydi Şifa Thermal Facilities owned by Seydişehir Municipality, will integrate with thermal tourism and add new value to the region’s rural tourism potential. This investment, to be implemented with TKDK support, represents an important gain for Seydişehir as it diversifies non-agricultural income sources, supports local employment, and contributes to rural development.
With the project aimed at strengthening rural tourism, a high-quality accommodation facility in a modern villa hotel concept will be established in Seydişehir. Within the scope of the project, a facility consisting of a total of 9 hotel villas, each with a capacity of 4 guests and an overall accommodation capacity of 36 people, will be developed. The villas will include two bedrooms, a kitchen, a living area, and spa rooms equipped with a jacuzzi and fireplace. Additionally, each unit will feature its own barbecue area, garden, and veranda, and the project is planned to operate as an apart hotel.
The project, which is planned to begin construction activities in 2025, is targeted to start operating in the first half of 2026.
