Our production workshop, established in 2022 within the scope of the Social Development Support Program, became one of the key milestones of our cooperative. In this workshop, we turn seasonal fruits into high value–added, healthy snacks through drying, while also producing traditional local foods such as erişte (homemade noodles), bulgur, tarhana, jam, and tomato paste under hygienic conditions, preserving their authentic flavors.
